These illuminated panel training systems is unique in design and clearly demonstrates operational and construction details for industrial plant process systems. High quality color A1 sized diagrams are integrated with an electronic microcontroller system. Microprocessor controlled LED's illuminate the various processes and adds movement to the illustrated processes.
Major process sub-systems can be illuminated at a touch of a button. When activated these systems are all action-illustrated by the micro controller LED system. This is shown by the “streaming effect” within the electronic design made by Labtech. This clearly shows movement of the processes within each sub-system which is a continuous streaming for all systems.
All of the systems can be individually turned on or off, as well as having all the systems on at the same time. This allows for system-by-system study on through to simulation of the entire system.
The training systems are mounted on an aluminum stand that is easily moveable.

Unit is mounted on wheels for easy mobility.
This unit also comes with a software CAI learning program that features process simulation and training, this is to be used in conjunction with an IBM compatible PC. The system includes the software plus a Pentium 4 computer with 17 inch monitor to view the simulation. |
