This is a small scale instructional
vehicle that shows most of the important parts of an automobile in sectioned yet
operational form. This unit is ideal for viewing the basic inter-relation of
the parts of the engine, transmission and rear axle. An electric motor rotates
the engine which turns the transmission. The transmission gears can be shifted
with the operational clutch and the drive shaft turns the rear axle assembly.
The 4 cylinder motor is transparent and the movement of the pistons, valves and
camshaft are clearly visible. Electric lights flash to indicate the combustion
process. The chassis features a suspension system, functional steering system,
brakes with brake pedal and clutch pedal. The electrical system includes
functioning headlights, tail lights and turn signals

This model faithfully reproduces the key elements
and design featured in today’s modern wankel engine. The three sided rotary
piston can be rotated by a hand crank so that its eccentric revolution can be
demonstrated. The operational part of the combustion chamber and piston is
covered by a transparent plexiglass so the movement can be clearly seen. The
combustion cycle demonstration is further enhanced by the spark plug which is
illuminated at the moment of firing Battery operated.
