These 12 Volt DC Generators are available for a variety of uses in the classroom and workshop. The
operable starters are fully functional and can be provided new or reconditioned and if desired they
can be mounted on wooden bases. All used units are thoroughly cleaned and repainted so as to
provide a “like new” appearance.
The operable units can be used for demonstration purposes, exhibits, as replacement parts for
engines or for use with the Labtech alternator/generator test bench. When ordering for the test
bench a combination of new and used units are interesting for comparison purposes.
The sectioned generators are excellent for showing internal construction features and for
demonstrating the principles of DC electrical current generation. All of the key parts have been
carefully sectioned and color coded for easy identification. Sectioned units feature wiring connections
that are brought out to 4mm terminals for operation simulation. Each unit is mounted on a wooden
base plate.
Particular or special brands can be provided upon request, or even a mixture of different kinds for
comparative purposes.
