The clutch Demonstrating Units are made from full size real original components and are designed for the demonstration of clutch operational principles. All units' feature original components of clutch pressure plate, clutch disc, clutch activating lever and throw out bearing. Single plate diaphragm spring clutch unit features an original transmission input shaft to observe rotation of the fly wheel and power transmission input shaft. Other unit features a cust and machine shaft which is sturdily built in relation to the size of the components.
All the Clutch Demonstration Units demonstrate the operation of clutch engagement and clutch disengagement, with an easy to operate hand lever and hand crank. The whole assembly is mounted on a sturdy fixture which can be free standing or table mounted. Optionally a trolley can be provided (order code R)
DT-CSD-T (R): Single plate a dry clutch with a lever operated diaphragm pressure plate which is common to most sedan vehicles. Includes diaphragm spring, fly wheel, pedal and hand wheel.

DT-CDH-T (R) : Double plate clutch with a coil spring pressure plate which is common to most large trucks and vehicles with engines that have higher torque ratings. Pressure plate is hydraulically operated by use of master cylinder and slave cylinder.
