Air Bag System Trainer

This Section Includes brake systems, components, and trainers for technical instruction on drum disc, hydraulics and pneumatic braking systems as well as steering and suspension systems.

A number of different types systems are provided to meet each customer's training needs, including sectioned models made from original components for classroom theory instructions, training systems for hands-on training in disassembly, repair, assembly and troubleshooting. Program highlights are described below:

Front Wheel Alignment Program: This Program begins with the Alignment Wall Model (Section IA) which covers basic principles, nest is the Front Axle Model Which simulates the major concepts involved in steering geometry, and finally the student may proceed to the Front Wheel Alignment Trainer for actual hands-on alignment practice.

Steering Systems: A series of sectioned components is available to demonstrate the operation characteristic of the major types of steering control systems. Power as well as manual systems are covered, including live power steering demonstrators. Further study of the integration of the steering systems can be done with the front Axle Trainers.

Hydraulic Braking Systems Program: Basic operational and functional characteristics are covered by the various sectioned and components, the Hydraulic Dual Circuit Brake System covers braking circuit concepts, finally hands on practice is achieved with the Alto Hydraulic Brake Chassis series and ABS trainers.

Front Axle and Suspension Systems: A variety of trainers and demonstration units are available  for learning about steering and suspension systems

Pneumatic Braking Systems: The sectioned Hydraulic systems is ideal for the explanation of the operational theory and the function of components. The Pneumatic Air Brake trainer follows on with exercises on a live system, whereby the student inter-connections components  to make a fully operational system.
