The Labtech Hydraulic Brake Chassis is designed for student skills training in the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of Hydraulic Brake Systems. The unit consists of original automotive components which are mounted onto a simulated model Auto Chassis. The Chassis includes an integrated floor stand that is mounted on wheels for mobility. 

The components are attached to the chassis in approximately the same position as found on an automobile. All components are fully functional and the chassis brake system can be operated as a self contained unit. An optional hydraulic line pressure gauge is available to be installed into the brake lines so that the pressure of the hydraulic fluid can be observed. 

The chassis may be ordered in several models all of which feature Four Brake Units either all Disc (BS-BAC3), all Drum (BS-BAC2) or a two Disc and two Drum combinations (BS-BAC1). Other components include the brake pedal, brake light activating switch, master cylinder, one handbrake lever (for rear drum brakes), two brake lights and all necessary hydraulic tubing and cabling. Unit comes complete with student job sheets which provide detailed exercises.
