The Industrial Refrigeration Trainer enables students to learn advanced techniques and to become familiar with the systems as used on larger industrial types of refrigeration systems.  Appli­cations are explored for units that utilize multiple Evaporators, water-cooled condensers, water towers, electric defrost, hot-gas defrost, crankcase regulators, oil separators etc. 

Labtech Refrigeration & Air conditioning trainers emphasize the theory as well as practical aspects.  The piping systems are color-coded and laid out neatly as to represent functional  refrigerant circuit diagrams.  All major components utilize flare fittings wherever possible to aid in servicing exercises.  High quality components are utilized with brand names such as Dan Foss, Tecumseh, Bitzer, Muller, Alco, etc.

FEATURES:  Components are clearly laid out and mounted onto a mobile steel stand that incorporates a work surface, silk screen diagram of the refrigeration circuit, comprehensive courseware including factory manuals and student job sheets, valves are supplied to cut in or out various components, sight glasses monitor the refrigerant state, hand valves allow malfunctions to be introduced, temperature points are provided for monitoring performance.
