(BS15) Brake Training Boards

The brake training boards are designed for demonstration of brake operation and also for students skills training. Many exercises can be carried out on these training board, such as inspection of brakes, removing/replacing shoes and pads, brake adjustment, removing/replacing hoses and tubing, brake bleeding, servicing wheel cylinders and calipers.

Several types of boards available with different configurations. Each unit consists of original reconditioned brakes and components which have been mounted on a steel surface. All parts have been painted with a special epoxy paint which is resistant to corrosion by brake fluid.

BS-BTB-A (L/H)		Single Disc Brake Board: consists of 1 disc brake unit and master cylinder. Optional (L) brake light, (H) hand brake
BS-BTB-B (L/H)		Single Drum Brake Board: consists of 1 drum brake unit and master cylinder. Optional (L) brake light, (H) hand brake
BS-BTB-C (L/H)		Dual Disc Brake Board: consists of 1 disc brake unit and master cylinder. Optional (L) brake light, (H) hand brake
BS-BTB-D (L/H)		Dual Drum Brake Board: consists of 1 drum brake unit and master cylinder. Optional (L) brake light, (H) hand brake
BS-BTB-E (L/H)		Combination Drum/Disc Brake Board: consists of 1 drum brake unit, 1 disk brake unit and 1 master cylinder. Optional (L) brake light, (H) hand brake
BS-BTB-F (L/H)		Servo Drum/Disc Brake Board: consists of 1 drum brake unit, 1 disk brake unit and 1 master cylinder with vacuum servo power assist. Optional (L) brake light, (H) hand brake
