(RDO5) Split Air Conditioner Installation Practice Units

The above picture illustrates the use of Labtech Split Air Conditioner Installation Practice Units in a Vocational Technical School. In this school the students are practicing exercises in installation and servicing such as evacuation and charging. A number of different types of split systems are offered including units with a single evaporator or multiple evaporators. The most popular brands that we use are Sanyo, Carrier and Daikin. The customer may specify the brand as well as the capacity and the number of evaporators. Each trainer comes with the split air conditioner operation manual, service manual and student exercise sheets. The units shown above are the single split installation practice units (RDO-SAP-2).

This includes a basic general-purpose workbench containing both vertical and horizontal work surfaces for mounting the condenser and evaporator units. The split air conditioning unit is supplied uninstalled and comes complete with all material required for installation (such as electrical cabling, piping, installation nuts and bolts and general hardware. Unit includes an operation manual, service manual and installation instructions.
